Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage: Oversee a team of 4-6 technicians, ensuring that projects align with business goals and are delivered on time.

• Partner Relations: Develop and nurture relationships with existing channel partners, while identifying and onboarding new partners to expand our network.

• Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that maximize partner engagement and revenue opportunities.

• Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs to monitor partner performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 4-6 years in a channel partner management role, preferably within the MarTech industry.

• Certifications: Must possess HubSpot Sales Software Certification and AWS Cloud Practitioner.

• Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Buena Park, CA, adhering to standard business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Certifications: Additional certifications in advanced HubSpot Sales Software and AWS solutions will be a plus.
