Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance channel partner relationships and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with partners to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings with partners to review performance, set targets, and develop action plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support for channel partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Deliver training and support to partners, enhancing their ability to promote the company’s SaaS products effectively.
- Analyze channel performance metrics and create reports to inform decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Experience: 4-6 years in channel partner management within the SaaS industry.
- Work Location: Costa Mesa, CA
- Schedule: Standard Business Hours
- Travel: Required within 30 miles of the home base.
- Certifications:
- Required: Google Analytics Certification, Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Preferred: Google Analytics Certification, Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Technology Stack: Proficiency in HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
