Schedule: Second Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
Travel: Up to 100-mile radius

Position Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Associate, where you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships in the fast-paced MarTech industry. Located in Corona, CA, you will work on the front lines of technological innovation, leveraging cutting-edge platforms and analytics tools to deliver exceptional value to our clients. As a leader of a skilled team, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your managerial skills while contributing to the growth of marketing technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4-6 technicians to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
- Utilize industry tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.io to enhance sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and deployment of marketing solutions.
- Travel within a 100-mile radius to meet clients and oversee sales engagements.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in MarTech or related fields.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner and HubSpot Sales Software Certification.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and other sales technology stacks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional experience or certifications in AWS and HubSpot tools.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets within a technical or SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach.io.
