Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 4-6 technicians to exceed sales targets and enhance customer relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base within a 30-mile radius.
- Utilize Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.io to track and manage sales activities efficiently.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs using Google Analytics to inform sales strategies.
- Foster relationships with new and existing clients through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
- Demonstrate the value of our cybersecurity and cloud security solutions to potential and current clients.
- Participate in industry-focused training to continually enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably within the security software industry.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Google Analytics Certification.
- Proficiency in using sales technologies such as Outreach.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a sales team.
- Ability to travel locally within a 30-mile radius to meet with clients and support sales initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications in Salesforce and Google Analytics are a plus.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity products and identity management solutions.
- Experience in leading small teams and driving sales growth in a technology-driven environment.
