Join our dynamic team as a Junior Account Executive in Oceanside, CA, where healthcare technology meets innovative solutions. Our company specializes in digital health platforms, medical software, and healthcare analytics. As a crucial player in our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4-6 technicians, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced second shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM). This role requires travel within a 30-mile radius of our home base to meet client needs and enhance strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 4-6 technicians, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Drive engagement with healthcare clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored technology solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Outreach.io, and ZoomInfo to manage sales processes and client interactions.
- Monitor and analyze healthcare market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and strategic planning.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and support to our clients.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or account executive role, preferably in the healthcare or tech industry.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
- Demonstrable experience using Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot Sales Software Certification.
- Google Analytics Certification.
- Familiarity with Outreach.io and ZoomInfo.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple team members in a fast-paced environment.
