Position Overview
Join our dynamic team in Gresham, OR, as a Sales Operations Coordinator, where you’re positioned at the crossroads of innovation in the healthcare tech industry. This role is crafted for those eager to propel digital health platforms, medical software, and healthcare analytics to new heights. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you’ll navigate a hybrid work environment, engaging with multiple project teams to optimize sales processes and support strategic initiatives on the second shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and enhance sales operations.
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to manage and analyze sales data, providing actionable insights.
- Coordinate sales enablement activities using Outreach.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain and update customer databases with tools like ZoomInfo.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Travel as required within a 30-mile radius to support various project needs.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
- Google Analytics Certification and Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.io.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
