We’re looking for a remote, Senior iOS Engineer to join our dynamic team and lead a pod of 3-4 mobile developers. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of iOS development, and a passion for growing with a fast-paced startup.

Position Overview

As a Remote Senior iOS Engineer you will be responsible for leading a team of mobile developers, overseeing the design, coding, testing, and implementation of high-quality iOS applications. This role requires excellent technical abilities, leadership skills, and a knack for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a pod of 3-4 mobile developers in the design, coding, testing and implementation process of iOS applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Review code, provide feedback, and conduct regular team meetings to ensure quality and consistency.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in iOS development.
React Native Certification and Apple Developer Certification are required.
Proficiency in TypeScript, CircleCI/Jenkins, Redux/MobX, REST APIs, Flutter/Dart, Jest/Detox.
Experience in leading a team of developers.
Demonstrated proficiency in remote collaboration tools and practices.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting with a home office setup and reliable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

Kubernetes Application Developer Certification is a plus.
Familiarity with FinTech, mobile banking, and digital payments is highly desirable.
Proven track record of leading successful mobile development projects from conception to launch.
