We’re on the hunt for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our client’s team. You’ll be diving into cloud infrastructure and automation, with a chance to flex your skills in container orchestration and automated deployments. Plus, you’ll get to work on designing scalable cloud solutions and mentoring junior team members. If cloud architecture or site reliability engineering is your career goal, this role is a fantastic stepping stone.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines that really hum.
- Manage our cloud infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code.
- Optimize those container orchestration systems for peak performance.
- Keep our systems secure and compliant.
- Stay on top of system performance and reliability with top-notch monitoring.
- Automate deployment processes to keep things running smoothly.
- Work closely with development teams to figure out infrastructure needs.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all systems.
- Lead disaster recovery solutions to ensure data safety.
Required Qualifications
- You’re a pro with AWS or Azure—either one works for us!
- Docker and Kubernetes are like second nature to you.
- You’re fluent in scripting languages like Python or Bash.
- You know your way around monitoring tools and log aggregation.
- Got 5+ years of experience in a software engineering environment? Perfect.
- Familiar with Huntington Beach’s local tech community? Even better!
- Experience working with local teams is a big plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive salary between $113,500 and $133,500, depending on your experience.
